Refund Policy

If you are not happy we are not happy.

Overview

To be eligible for a refund, you simply need to provide proof within 30 days of purchase that you have done the assignments and are still unhappy about your results.
Please specify why you want a refund and how our services did not meet your expectations.
The more detailed the better, as we want to only deliver an outstanding experience we need your feedback to be able to do so.

To complete your refund, plese send an email to: refund[at]thesimplyproject[dot]com we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof that you have done the assignments in the course.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Processing

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
